Rebuilding a worn, damaged or failing bite as one coordinated plan rather than a series of separate repairs.

Some mouths cannot be treated one tooth at a time. Years of wear, grinding, gum disease, trauma or repeated repairs eventually change how the whole bite fits together, and at that point fixing individual teeth produces work that keeps failing.
Full-mouth reconstruction treats the bite as one problem with one plan.
What is actually being restored
- The vertical relationship between the jaws, which collapses as teeth wear
- The way teeth meet, so that force is shared rather than concentrated
- The appearance of the smile, in proportion to your face and lips
- The health of what remains, so the restored teeth have something sound to sit on
Testing before committing
The new bite is built in provisional restorations first and worn. That period is where problems surface: an uncomfortable contact, a change in speech, an appearance that is not right. All of those are far better discovered in a provisional than in finished ceramics.
